- No call out charge.
- Normal day rate (8am-5pm) - £45 per hour + parts.
- Out of hours rate (5pm-8am Mon-Fri only) - £80 for first hour then £45 per hour + parts.
- Landlord certificate (1 gas appliance/boiler) - £60 (add £15 for each extra appliance).
- Boiler service - £60.
- Gas fire service - £50.
- Gas fire and back boiler - £80.
